ADULT CLASSES

ALL BELT CLASS

This class is open to all belt levels, from white belt to black belt.

Each class focuses on a specific theme, covering everything from fundamental movements to practical techniques.

Beginners can build a strong foundation, while experienced students can refine details and develop their understanding at their own level.

BEGINNER CLASS

This class is designed for people who are new to Jiu-Jitsu or who would like to review the fundamentals.

Students will learn posture, body movement, breakfalls, basic positions, and other essential skills in a clear and approachable way.

No previous Jiu-Jitsu experience is required.

ADVANCED CLASS

This class is designed for students with previous Jiu-Jitsu experience.

Students will practice more advanced techniques, decision-making, and ways to respond to an opponent’s movement.

The class also includes practical applications for sparring and competition.

This class is generally recommended for blue belts and above.

WOMEN’S CLASS

Train with Confidence

This class provides a comfortable environment for women to begin learning Jiu-Jitsu.

The training is beginner-friendly and focuses on basic movement, positioning, and practical techniques.

Students are welcome to join for fitness, health, a new hobby, self-defense, or simply to enjoy learning something new.

KIDS PROGRAM

Our Kids Program helps children develop discipline, confidence, respect, coordination, and social skills through structured training.

KIDS 3–6

This class is designed for children between 3 and 6 years old.

Through games, simple exercises, and basic Jiu-Jitsu movements, children learn to enjoy physical activity while developing listening skills, good manners, and the ability to take turns.

Children with no previous Jiu-Jitsu experience can participate at their own pace.

KIDS 7–15

This class is designed for children and teenagers between 7 and 15 years old.

Through fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques, movement training, and controlled sparring, students can develop fitness, focus, confidence, and respect for their training partners.

The class welcomes both students who want to enjoy Jiu-Jitsu and those who are interested in competition.

KIDS ALL AGE

This class brings children of different ages together on the same mat.

Training is adjusted according to each child’s age and experience, combining fundamental exercises, games, and Jiu-Jitsu techniques.

By training together, older children can help younger students, encouraging teamwork, kindness, and a sense of community.

PARENTS & KIDS CLASS

Learn Together

This class allows parents and children to enjoy Jiu-Jitsu together.

Through simple exercises and basic Jiu-Jitsu movements, families can stay active, learn together, and share a positive experience on the mats.

Parents with no previous Jiu-Jitsu experience are welcome.

OPEN MAT

Open Mat is a flexible training session without a fixed class structure.

Students can use the time for sparring, reviewing techniques, practicing movements, or studying positions with training partners.

Everyone is expected to train safely and respectfully.

NO-GI CLASS|COMING SOON

Modern Grappling

No-Gi is practiced without the traditional Jiu-Jitsu uniform, using a rash guard and shorts.

Because students cannot grip the uniform, the class places greater emphasis on movement, body control, timing, and transitions.

The future No-Gi program will welcome both experienced students and people trying No-Gi for the first time.
